Stephen C. Bennett
President/Broker
Over 29 years of experience specializing in commercial leasing, property management, construction management, project revitalization, commercial and residential sales. Steve is the past president of the Casper Board of Realtors, and is a past director of the Wyoming MLS and serves as treasurer of Wyoming Cares.
Beverly R. Bennett
Office Manager
Over 25 years of experience with construction and real estate accounting, and has been a licensed agent for over 15 years. She specializes in commercial real estate accounting, project coordination, accounting review, and CSI operations.
Elizabeth S. "Susie" Reed
Residential Property Manager
Has been a licensed agent for over 24 years, specializing in Residential Property Management. She is here to help you with finding the perfect home. Whether you are looking to rent or buy Susie will be able to help with all your housing needs.
Colleen P. Parsons
Residential Management Accounting/Office Assistant
Joined Team CSI in 2002, has been a licensed agent for over 4 years, has an Associate Degree in accounting and has both residential and commercial property management experience.
